  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse in Asia.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, international shipping carriers, or unforeseen logistical issues.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in lost or delayed packages.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return your item after receipt, our standard return policy applies.

  • Any delay, customs inspection, or import duty related to international shipments.

  • Any loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.

Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
