At Salible Toronto, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.
However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item.
This document clearly explains our return policy and the process to follow.
1. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, please make sure that all of the following conditions are met:

You may only request a return after physically receiving your order.

Return shipping costs (including international shipping and customs fees) are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

Trying on items for fit is allowed, but wearing or using them is strictly prohibited.

Returns of orders placed in multiple sizes or variants with the intent to return some items are not permitted.

Sale or discounted items may only be eligible for a return if defective or damaged upon arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these requirements.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Submit your return request by emailing us at Contact@salible.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier’s facility (located in China).

Ship the item back to the provided address at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or return shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Please note that we cannot process returns that are sent without prior authorization.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our supplier, and its condition is approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 30 business days after receiving the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be refused, and the product will not be resent.
4. Liability & Responsibility

Lost packages: We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit or marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Incorrect address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct when placing an order.

Any address errors must be reported to us within 24 hours after placing the order.

Customs delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or postal services.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
